Fund raising and social activities are already in the diary for the year ahead and as usual we have a long wish list of things we would like to do and buy!
Our plan is to maintain our contributions to regular and priority items for the school. These include educational trips, book bags for new starters, library funding, leavers gifts and celebrations at christmas.
Plans and momentum already exist to improve our outdoor facilities and the PTA is looking to lend support this year to this important project. Already we have added to the development of the wildlife and conservation area and purchased (much used!) new playground equipment! We hope to re do the playground markings with traditional courts and games such as hopscotch to provide the children with a valuable source of inspiration at playtimes and to continue to make the playground a happy & friendly place.
