Although the world-wide web contains a wealth of information and fun games etc there are a tiny minority of people that use it for more sinister things. 

In 1995 there were less than 20 images of child sex abuse on the web, now one computer could hold more than 1 million.  This is industry is worth more than $30 billion per year, more than Hollywood's film budget.
